Why they rock: Since it’s opening in early 1995 Virtue and Vice Body Piercing have continued to grow. Bethra was appointed as Secretary of the APP in 1997. She served a full three year term and was then elected to the position of President. She is currently the secretary. April’s held a position with the board of directors with the APP as well. She was Vice President from May 2005 through May 2008.
